This is the dirty tony's kick drum. He recorded it at johnny's studio, the only studio with a hole in the wall!. It has been recorded with four mics, and this is the mix of all!.

A large pane of mirror glass sitting across two sawhorses is drummed on, making a surprisingly big resonant drum sound. At about 0:18 the inevitable happens: several extra smashing and shattering sounds are audible after the initial break.

This is just a simple four to the floor kick drum pattern at 120 bpm. I created the kick itself by layering various synth timbres in rob papen's albino plugin. Processing was also applied such as compression, eq and using subtle distortion in specific frequency areas to get it sounding like this.
